If you attend a partnership school, please apply through your career center website instead. To qualify, you will need:
- To be currently enrolled in a four-year college or advanced degree program with a Hospitality, Business or related discipline.
- To be a rising sophomore, junior or senior in the degree program.
- A cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher. GPA of 3.3 is preferred.
- Ability to be on-site and work at assigned hotel/resort.
- Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in English.
- The organizational skills to prioritize tasks for multiple simultaneous projects.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, analytical problem-solving capabilities and excellent communication skills.
Choose your preferred assignment at a hotel or resort in the U.S.
Property interns will complete both a general rotation through all areas of hotel operations, as well as garner work experience within a defined discipline in Event Services., Finance/Accounting, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, Human Resources, Revenue Management or Sales & Marketing. The entire program will be ten weeks in length, with one week in general rotation and the remaining nine weeks working in a line-level operational role.

Seniors who successfully complete the Property Internship will be extended the opportunity to interview for the Management Development Program at their university or virtually. Successful juniors and sophomores may be offered an additional property-level or corporate internship the following summer.
